Building and Construction Set out

We provide our clientele with all the necessary services and information to ensure that your new build, extension or construction project complies with council and local government regulations regarding the placement of the building and relevant setbacks.

This includes but is not limited to the following;

• Definition of lot boundaries
• Pegging out of the building using offset pegs.
• Placement of benchmark with AHD heights.
• Drawing of peg out sketch showing the building with offset pegs and setbacks to side boundaries.

A certifier will require a certificate from a registered surveyor showing that the proposed building has been pegged out in the correct position relevant to the boundaries.
